1. High production capacity and large crushing ratio

3. Simple structure and easy maintenance

The main machine drives the main shaft through the motor and the triangular belt, so that the rotor rotates. After the large piece of material entering the crushing cavity from the inlet port, is crushed by the high-speed moving plate hammer.
The materials crushed to meet the particle size requirements are directly discharged from the bottom grate, and the materials that do not meet the particle size requirements are repeatedly crushed by the hammer and liner on the rotor in the crushing cavity until they meet the particle size requirements. In order to avoid clogging, the water content of the crushed materials generally does not exceed 20%.
